Day Camp

This four-day summer camp is held annually at the Pony Express Museum. The camp includes arts and crafts of the 1860s, educational games, and some surprises as well. Students will participate in activities, crafts, games, and experience Pony School time with their teacher and class. Camp begins each day at 8:45am and ends at 1:00pm.

Day Camp 2020

It is with a very heavy heart and a tear on our cheek that the Pony Express Education Committee has decided to cancel our favorite, two weeks of Day Camp.

The age of our volunteers and limited numbers allowed in our Community Room forces us to be SAFE and careful with our precious friends, “our campers” and our volunteers.

We promise to work hard for Day Camp 2021.  Our 2020 theme “Riding Proud” will be apart of next year’s camp.  We are “Staying Proud” for 2021.

Thank You for your understanding of this difficult decision.  We believe in our campers and just like the riders we say” 2021 Day camp must go through” the same as the mail in 1860.
