Educational Field Trips Gallery
The Pony Express National Museum’s Community Room is the perfect place for a group meeting or gathering. Our spacious area offers generous seating for large groups. We have a full kitchen facility, an adjacent gallery perfect for a buffet or receiving line, and direct access to free off-street parking.
For your business meetings, we offer wireless Internet connection, an overhead screen that can be used to display a power-point presentation, as well as a big screen TV and VCR.
The community room is available to rent any hours between 8 am and midnight. The room is not available on most major holidays when the museum is closed for business. Rates vary depending on rental times but range between $30 and $85 per hour. Security deposits are required for evening rentals.
